Training, implementing and networking for all pharmacists

What is the i2i Network?

The i2i Network is  designed for practice pharmacists like you that need more practical support and training to help you implement best practice in your surgeries.

The i2i stands for insight to implementation and we aim to support practice pharmacists to implement effectively, whilst demonstrating impact on patient care in long-term condition management.

The ‘Insight’ is delivered through workshops using expert clinicians and the ‘Implementation’ component comes from access to a FREE online suite of resources with the ABCDE change management methodology. These valuable implementation resources include stratification tools, clinical searches, patient leaflets and consultation templates.

The i2i Network programme is bespoke for GP Practice Pharmacists and has been developed with strong input from a faculty of professionals; predominantly comprising of pharmacists, including specialist consultant secondary care pharmacists and GPs with a special interest.
