Course information

i2i Lead development programme is designed for senior and specialist pharmacists leading teams and implementing service change to improve patient outcomes resulting in evaluation and case-study of meaningful service-change implementation.

This programme will provide you with a toolbox of resources for insight and application as well as live training events – 1 live training event per month during a 12-month programme.You will also be part of an exclusive network of senior and specialist pharmacists to connect with and share ideas and learnings.

As part of the programme, there is a requirement to think through a project which you would like to design and mobilise during the duration of the programme. Your project should be scalable, be patient-centric and provide better patient outcomes, be relevant to current NHS priorities and demonstrate some outcomes within a timeline.
