Our interactive workshops will combine expert speakers and sharing of best practice by our clinical pharmacist facilitators who are conducting Heart Failure and Hypertension related services in their own practices.

Helen Williams FFRPS, FRPharmS – National Specialty Adviser for CVD Prevention, NHSE and I, Consultant Pharmacist for Cardiovascular Disease, South East London CCG, Clinical Lead for Cardiovascular Disease, Southwark and Lambeth CCGs, Clinical Lead for AF, North Central London, UCLPartners.
Helen has worked as a CVD specialist for the past 25 years in hospital, community and primary care settings. She has spearheaded a wide range of activities across South London and beyond to improve the care of patients with or at risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD).

Read BioRocco works as a Primary Care Network clinical pharmacist for South Wirral PCN as well as being part of the GP clinical pharmacist integrated team between Wirral University Teaching Hospital and GP practices across the Wirral. He is a member of the UK Clinical Pharmacy Association (UKCPA) heart failure committee, and a member of the editorial advisory board for the Clinical Pharmacist journal.
