Introducing our latest i2i Network innovation; a new series of i2i ‘catalyst’ workshops which, unlike our original i2i workshops, may not be based around a single-therapy area or LTC. These workshops will be focussed on supporting other core elements of GP Pharmacist best practice. As you will know, our mission is to prevent reinventing the wheel! Why have 1,000 members of the i2i Network coming up with your own versions of best practice and duplicating work, when we can do it all for you and provide you with a simplified toolkit to implement back in practice?
Instead of applying our ABCDE model and resources, we are now taking you to system-leadership level, by providing you with Soar Beyond’s proprietary change management and service redesign methodology- 4D™

Tell your GP and your Practice Manager to give you a day out of the practice because by the end of this workshop you will have:
Understood the challenges and learnt best practice in managing repeat prescription and clinical post processes in general practice
Learnt the simplified 4DTM change methodology to effectively implement and evidence improved processes in your GP practice – as required by CQC
Applied the 4DTM process and suite of online implementation resources to practical and real-world case studies
Please note – we are trialling a different funding model for the i2i Catalyst workshops, by having a variety of companies supporting and bringing stands with promotional materials and possibly providing one sponsored clinical update slot (TBC). These are companies that understand how important Practice Pharmacists are now, and in the future, and without their collaboration and sponsorship, we would not be able to provide this workshop to you for free!
