Live Stream – Helping GP Practice Pharmacists to Support Frail Older People

The agenda has been developed by Soar Beyond the i2i faculty and this programme has been made possible through an educational grant from Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition

This two part series is designed to up skill and support GP Clinical Pharmacists to be able to manage older people with frailty.
