Nina Barnett is a Consultant Pharmacist with a proven track record in both strategic an operational development relating to clinical pharmacy and clinical leadership in the area of older people.

Anne Holdoway

With over 30 years experience in roles spanning the NHS, private practice, research and the medical industry, Anne brings a wealth of knowledge on the role of nutrition in the management of chronic disease, maintenance of well-being and quality of life in a diverse range of conditions along with the challenges faced in delivering optimal nutritional care.

Graham Duce

Working for 16 years as a partner at a General Practice in Eastern Cheshire, Graham has significant experience in primary care. In addition, he is the CCG Prescribing Lead including decision-making for the local health economy formulary at the Area Prescribing Committee, co-authoring the MMT newsletter and chairing the GP Prescribing Leads Meetings. With a higher than average elderly population, the CCG has developed a unique frailty service to manage the needs of this specific population.
