Rachana is the Senior Implementation Manager for UCLPartners. Her role involves the design and delivery of the implementation of the UCLPartners Proactive Care frameworks and CVDACTION within Mid and South Essex. Rachana has several years’ experience supporting and leading on the development of capability and capacity for improvement through delivering training and providing guidance and support for individuals and teams Rachana began her career in education at Great Ormond Street Hospital, supporting education and training for paediatric doctors. Rachana has over 10 years’ experience working in the NHS.
