With over 16 years’ experience in senior roles in the pharmaceutical industry, Ivan has worked across public and private sectors, helping build resilient, high-performing teams from the inside out. His approach blends deep professional expertise with lived experience, making his sessions authentic, engaging and immediately practical.
That lived experience comes from an extraordinary personal journey. Ivan’s son, Seb, underwent life-saving open-heart surgery as a baby and again as a teenager. It was during these long hospital stays that Ivan witnessed first-hand what thriving culture really looks like – in some of the most high-pressure teams in the country.
Today, Ivan combines his leadership work with a passion for purpose-led impact. He has raised over £500,000 for charity through endurance challenges, chairs the Board of Trustees at the Children’s Heart Unit Fund (CHUF), and sits on the Board of the North East and North Cumbria Congenital Heart Disease Network.
