Farhana is a Specialist Rheumatology Pharmacist with a focus on advanced clinical practice, medicines optimisation and service development. She established and leads a pharmacist-run Dose Tapering Clinic, supporting patients to safely reduce therapy through evidence-based decision-making and collaborative care. Farhana is also actively involved in quality improvement across rheumatology services, contributing to cost-improvement programmes, pathway redesign and wider service enhancement initiatives.
