Bursary Terms & Conditions for i2i Consultant Pharmacist Catalyst Summit Travel

Travel reimbursement is available for attendance to the i2i Consultant Pharmacy Catalyst Summit on 1st July 2026. A bursary must be applied for at the time of confirming your place at the Summit. Only 30 bursaries are available on a first come, first served basis, and you will be notified of the outcome within 5 working days of your application.

Eligibility 

Only delegates who meet all of the following conditions will be eligible for the bursary:

• You live or work more than 2 hours from London by rail, bus, or car journey
• Your bursary was pre-approved at the time of confirming your place at the Summit
• You attend the i2i Summit in person on 1st July 2026 for the full day
• You submit your receipt showing travel details and cost to [email protected] by 5th July 2026

Conditions for reimbursement

• The maximum reimbursement is £100 per delegate
• Only one claim per delegate will be accepted
• Travel by public transport: economy/standard fare only; ticket must be purchased before 1st June 2026
• Travel by car: reimbursed at £0.45 per mile
• Only travel costs are eligible; subsistence and other expenses are not covered
• Reimbursement will be made by bank transfer within one week of receiving your travel receipt and bank details after the event

Event cancellation or postponement

If the i2i Summit is cancelled or postponed by Soar Beyond, affected delegates who met the eligibility criteria will be given priority consideration for a travel bursary at an alternative event.
