i2i Network has been shortlisted for the HSJ awards for “Improving Outcomes Through Learning and Development”!
If you hadn’t already heard, we are delighted and honoured to inform you that the i2i Network (insight to implementation) programme for GP Practice Pharmacists has been shortlisted for the prestigious HSJ Awards 2018 for ‘Improving Outcomes Through Learning and Development’!
Soar Beyond launched the i2i Network in February 2017, in recognition of the need to support the clinical pharmacist to make maximum impact as a key clinician and decision-maker in general practice. In that time, we have gained over 700 members and trained around 550 clinical pharmacists, providing you with an online suite of implementation resources supported by a change management process.
We would like to extend our gratitude and thanks to our:
