Chaandni Kay Devgon is an accomplished Associate Director of Medicines Management, Lead Pharmacist, Advanced Clinical Practitioner, and Independent Prescriber based at Central Surgery and across local Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in Surrey. She has a specialist interest in cardio-renal and metabolic medicine, with extensive expertise in patient care, clinical pharmacy, and medicines optimisation.
Passionate about education and workforce development, Chaandni is the South West London Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Education and Forum Lead and an NHS multiprofessional educator and trainer. As an Educational Supervisor and Designated Prescribing Practitioner, she mentors and supports the next generation of allied healthcare professionals. She also serves as a Senior Honorary Lecturer at King’s College London and Kingston University and has been awarded the Associateship of King’s College London (AKC).
