Deviata is Lead PCN Clinical Pharmacist with a specialist interest in CKD, hypertension, lipid management and the wider cardio-renal-metabolic spectrum. She delivers advanced medicines optimisation for complex patients, including those living with frailty and polypharmacy, and work closely with care homes to improve safety and outcomes.
She leads and develops the PCN pharmacy team, supporting both clinical capability and individual professional growth. She also works with HR to shape career progression pathways and competency frameworks, strengthening workforce development across the network.
Alongside the Medical Director, she contributes to clinical strategy, pathway development and supervision frameworks that enhance quality of care to reduce pressure on general practice.
