Harpreet is a primary care Clinical Pharmacist with a specialist interest in cardiovascular disease prevention, lipid management, hypertension and chronic kidney disease. Her clinical practice focuses on the early identification of risk, comprehensive cardiovascular assessment and the optimisation of evidence-based treatment for both primary and secondary prevention.
She also runs hypertension clinics and supports the management of patients with complex cardiovascular and renal conditions, with a strong emphasis on reducing risk and improving long-term outcomes. Harpreet is committed to delivering guideline-based, person-centred care and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to embed practical improvements across primary care.
