Jaypal is an experienced pharmacist with a background in both primary and secondary care. He serves as Assistant Clinical Director for Walsall South 2 PCN and Lead Pharmacist, specialising in clinical service development, medicines management, and multidisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes.
He has led the development of a Pharmacist ACP pathway, established a prescribing hub, and strengthened team culture, contributing to improved retention and high-quality service delivery. His expertise includes achieving QOF targets and driving improvements aligned with the PCN DES.
As a regular guest and expert speaker, Jaypal supports the education of healthcare professionals on best practice in drug therapy. He also volunteers with Nishkam Healthcare Trust and holds roles within the Black Country Clinical Reference Group and Pharmacy Faculty, helping shape the future of pharmacy across the region.
