Dr Kiran Channa is the author of Getting the Right Job in Healthcare, a practical guide designed to help healthcare professionals navigate their career journeys with confidence.
She is the Associate Director Pharmacy at the Royal United Hospital Bath NHS Foundation Trust and an experience hospital pharmacist with a passion for education, training, and leadership. She is a member of the UK Clinical Pharmacy Association’s Education and Training Committee and collaborates closely with universities, where she leads modules on medicines optimisation and quality improvement.
Kiran is particularly driven by helping others grow, whether that’s through structured teaching, mentoring, or coaching and is always looking for ways to support and empower the next generation of healthcare professionals.
