Senior Lecturer in Pharmacy Practice and Senior Clinical Pharmacist
Shurti is a Senior Lecturer in Pharmacy Practice at the University of Hertfordshire and a Senior Clinical Pharmacist based in North London. With a strong background in primary care, she blends practical clinical work with academic teaching across the MPharm programme, with a focus on prescribing.
Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, particularly Type 2 Diabetes, and she supports national diabetes care through her role on Diabetes UK’s Science and Research Advisory Group. She also advocates for the pharmacy profession via the PDA regional committee for primary care pharmacists in South East England.
