What is the BLMK CVRM Accelerator Programme 2026?
The BLMK CVRM Accelerator Programme 2026, delivered in partnership between Soar Beyond Ltd and BLMK ICB, is a six-month blended learning and implementation programme designed to empower GP and PCN clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to deliver measurable improvements in CVRM care across BLMK.

Programme Structure & Time Commitment:
Programme duration: March – September 2026
Format:
- Two face-to-face workshops – Kick-off (March) and final best practice showcase (September)
- Four virtual clinical and QI workshops (2.5 hours each)
- Optional drop-in mentor clinics for QI and clinical case support
- Independent QI project work within your practice or PCN
Workshop dates:
- Face-to-face kick off: Wednesday March 25th 2026
- Virtual workshops: April, May, June and July – exact dates to be confirmed
- Face-to-face Final Best Practice Showcase: September – date to be confirmed
Eligibility & Application Criteria:
This programme is open to:
- Clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working in GP practices or PCNs within Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes
- Applicants who can commit to attending the scheduled sessions and completing a QI project within their area of practice
Application process:
- EOIs must be completed by the applying clinical pharmacist or pharmacy technician themselves and not submitted on their behalf by a PCN manager or other colleague
- The programme is open to a maximum of 50 delegates
- Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- To support equitable representation across the system, the selection process will aim to secure two delegates per PCN, and applications will be reviewed accordingly to prevent disproportionate uptake from any single PCN
