TERMS & CONDITIONS

✓ Nominations must be completed by you either personally or as a designated team lead – we do not accept nominations submitted on behalf of someone else without their involvement, but a joint team submission is welcome.

✓ You may submit the same project for more than one award category. Note that scoring criteria differ – please adapt your submission to address each award’s specific criteria.

✓ You may submit more than one application for the same or different categories – complete and submit one full form for each application.

✓ You (or the designated team lead) must attend one of the three 2026 regional summits: London (16 Sept), Leeds (29 Sept), or Bristol (6 Oct).

✓ All submissions must be completed before the stated deadline of Friday 31st July 2026 (23:59).

✓ Supporting evidence can be uploaded in the following formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF. Should you require a different format, please get in touch after submitting your form.

✓ The £200 prize can be paid to you personally, split equally across a team, or provided as a shared benefit in kind; for example, equipment for your organisation or a team meal. Monetary prizes can be provided either by bank transfer or as a digital gift card.

✓ Other benefits for the winners are: a trophy, travel reimbursement (see next point), a professional profile shared across i2i social media channels, and a feature on i2i website and publications promoting your best practice showcase.

✓ Winners’ travel will be reimbursed against travel receipt after the event. This will cover public transport fares only for economy/standard travel. Parking and other costs will not be claimable.
