CATEGORY 2 — INNOVATION & LEADERSHIP
Innovation & Leadership Award
Driving change through bold thinking and action
This award recognises pharmacists and teams who identified a systemic challenge and led a meaningful response — through innovation in service design, workforce development, technology, or new models of care.
Problem Identification
What was the challenge or unmet need you identified? How did you recognise it and assess its significance? What was the context within your organisation or patient population? |
Leadership and Innovative Approach
How did you lead the response to this challenge? What was innovative about your approach — in your thinking, your methods, or the solution you developed? |
Overcoming Barriers to Implementation
What obstacles did you face — clinical, organisational, financial, or cultural? How did you navigate these and sustain momentum towards your goal? |
Tangible Results and Impact
What have been the measurable outcomes? Evidence could include workforce capacity, patient access, technology adoption, cost savings, testimonials, or system-level change. |
Supporting evidence: Upload metrics, presentations, posters, audit reports, or technology demonstrations to support your nomination.
