What is the Dermatology Pathway Service Transformation Programme? 

This programme invites NHS sites to take part in a structured dermatology service redesign, delivered by Soar Beyond in collaboration with Fontus Health and South Doc Services. 

Using the proven 4D Quality Improvement (QI) methodology, the programme will guide your organisation from scoping and MDT engagement through to pathway implementation, workforce development, and evaluation.

Structure and time commitment 

• Workshops: 4 facilitated MDT sessions (2–3 hours each) 

• Support: Ongoing check-ins and project support between workshops 

• Local project lead: ~1–2 days per month 

• Duration: ~6-9 months
