NICE Quality standard [QS173] Intermediate care including reablement
NICE have published a final quality standard on intermediate care today. It covers bed-based intermediate care, crisis response, home-based intermediate care and reablement. It does not cover rehabilitation for specific conditions.
A great tool for #GPPharmacists to be aware of and use, update your knowledge today to be able to help your elderly and vulnerable patients to gain access to the right care at the right time.
