What can the town that gave up sugar teach us about diabetes and obesity?

Over 100 members of the public and healthcare professionals gave up sugary foods and drinks for 70 days and a weight loss averaging between 4-10kg was achieved, and they experienced an improvement in their well being!

One man had managed to send his Type 2 diabetes into remission.
