Soar Beyond is delighted to bring our first-of-its-kind dedicated i2i Cardiovascular Disease Clinical Summit bespoke for the GP clinical pharmacist role.

This full-day event is your ideal opportunity to upskill and share best practice with a peer community of GP clinical pharmacists who are actively wanting to grow their knowledge and skills to improve outcomes for patients with CVD.

This keynote session led by UCL Partners who will be discussing the evidence and tools available to implement holistic management within your clinical practice to drive systematic review for patients with CVD.

Recently appointed as the incoming National Clinical Director for CVD Prevention, Helen is a Consultant Pharmacist for Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical and Care Professional Lead for Long-Term Conditions for the South East London Integrated Care System.

Professor Sian Harding

Emeritus Professor at Imperial College London

Sian Harding is Emeritus Professor at Imperial College London.  She was Head of the National Heart and Lung Institute Cardiovascular Division as well as Cardiovascular Lead for the NIHR Biomedical Research Centre.  Sian has been the lead for the Athena Swan programme, which aims to support and transform gender equality within higher education and research.

GP, honorary visiting Prof, President-PCCS, CVD lead, AHSN cardiology lead, speaker, and award winning writer

Raj trained at UCL and in the Oxford Deanery. His varied roles include working as a GP partner since 2004, primary care cardiology lead for the Oxford Health Innovation Network and national primary care workstream co-lead for the cardiac transformation programme (NHSE).

Mahmoud is a Partner and Lead Pharmacist at Affinity Care PCN and also teaches as a Clinical Lecturer at the Bradford Pharmacy School with a strong passion for pharmacist development, beyond the “traditional model”.
